Service Description

There is extraordinary power in visualization. This workshop is for you if you are feeling stuck or unclear of what you want for yourself, you want to focus in or re-energize around your goals, or just want some fun & creative time with friends. We will explore the "why" of vision boarding, how and why it works, do some reflective journaling and then have some fun creating your own boards.
