Soulful Vision Board Workshop

Service Description

There is extraordinary power in visualization. This workshop is for you if you are feeling stuck or unclear of what you want for yourself, you want to focus in or re-energize around your goals, or just want some fun & creative time with friends. We will explore the "why" of vision boarding, open up our bodies and mind with some LIghtUp movement, do some reflective journaling and then have some fun creating your own boards. Workout, light refreshments and all vision board supplies included.
